Park Run#8
Park Run #8 ✨ ?Phase 2: Pre fatigue Park run 1 ?So after my leg routine yesterday, today was stepping/running/hobbling my way around. Not really knowing how my body would react?♂️ just that it felt fucked!!! ?Fitness-wise I didn’t feel too bad – esp in this heat??? But just felt I didn’t have an extra gear⚙️ – to be expected?
?Pre-run I had my alkaline water??? when I woke, as I’ve been sweating a “little” at night?and definitely didn’t want to be dehydrated. Amino acids on route with Beta-Alanine ?? ?Roll on the next 6 weeks and see how this goes. Obviously, I’ll keep you posted.
?Need any advice – just DM me as always. ?Have a great weekend all – let’s try and not get too burned when out partying today ??
