Park Run#10

Park Run #10 ??✨ Can’t believe I’ve done 10 already. Loved and Hated every minute of it ? ?So after my workout yesterday, my legs are heavy, sore and just not very happy with me? ?But it looks like all this training stuff is actually working?
?1st sub 22min with fatigued legs ?? – it felt so strange. Felt fit(ish), felt strong(ish) but just like last week, no real top gear⚙️ just tapping out a constant pace.
☝?What did feel good(ish) however, was being able to recover from the hills without slowing too much.
?‍♂️Not much to kick home with though, but I gave it a go anyway.
?Ran tall. Drove my legs down. Dragged the floor back. Kept my abs switched on, and most importantly, kept my mind focused #Unagi ?
