How long have you worked together – 3-4 years!
Why did you choose Brian – I did a spin class with Brian as the cover one week and was amazed by his knowledge and interest in helping not only teach people but help them learn about themselves and how our body’s do and don’t move & also how they shouldn’t and shouldn’t move. I had a new found love for Spin after realising is wasn’t just pressing into those pedals!
What do you get from the sessions – Not only has my fitness & strength improved over the past 3/4 years training with Brian but he has taught me a lot about my body and that its ok to have an off day/week. He always pushes me to improve but never puts unnecessary pressure on me which I believe gives people anxiety about getting a personal trainer, there is no such thing as failure of your trying your best. He has taught me that there is much more to focus on that running flat out on a treadmill for 30 minutes and I am forever grateful for this which has helped me build confidence in and outside of the gym.
How have you improved in the time you have worked together – I have lost body fat which has helped build my confidence in the way I look. I have built confidence in the gym which helps me work out on my own on the days I don’t see Brian to help continue to achieve my goals. I have also learned a lot about foods and how my body reacts to different things.
How have you found the online training sessions (if applicable) – At the moment we are doing online sessions which I am really enjoying and Brian has proved you can do so much with your body weight (a chair, rucksack and a broom stick!!). I am looking forward to being able to get back into the gyms when they re-open but have found the online sessions really good and beneficial with not only physical benefits but mental ones also.
Why might someone benefit from working with Brian – If your goals are similar to mine I can’t see why training with Brian would not benefit you. The confidence and mental health benefits of training with someone that not only has a wealth of knowledge in what he does, but someone who’s a brilliant listener (and talker) are 10 fold for me personally. And I can’t thank him enough for keeping me on track for so long.

How long have you worked together? 3+ years
What do you get from the sessions? Access to Brian’s encyclopaedic knowledge of all things movement related. Bespoke training plan to improve all areas of the body or to tackle any aches / pains / injuries.
How have you improved in the time you have worked together? Pain free from back injury. Vastly improved strength and muscle activation resulting in fewer aches / pains / injuries. Overall fitness, body shape and muscle tone has improved. Training knowledge has increased enjoyment.
How have you found the online training sessions (if applicable)? Brian has continued to make the sessions enjoyable and impactful in difficult conditions. Working from home has increased sitting time which causes posture issues, however, Brian is instantly able to correct.
Why might someone benefit from working with Brian? Brian’s training “education” has increased my enjoyment of all aspects of training, which has improved results, both physically and mentally. I think improving knowledge would assist all levels, from beginner to expert, whatever your end goal.

Why did you choose Brian? Because I heard a lot good reviews about him and it was true! I needed help with stretching, posture and I needed a specific training program.
How long have you worked together? We been together for a few years. I miss you coach!
What do you get from the sessions? I learned a lot about a good posture, how to correctly do the exercise, and I learned a lot about stretching (which helped with my injures). He also showed me how/why to use a foam roller and how important it is for me to do it before and after my workout and most importantly, how to do it properly! Brian also helped me regards food and gave me a lot advise when I needed. It’s always nice to chat with you even when you are killing me with your workouts J
How have you improved in the time you have worked together? I managed to lose body fat, gain a nice muscle town and improve my posture. He also helped me to build a strength which one I could use for my muay thai training without increasing a weight as it’s important for fights.
How have you found the online training sessions (if applicable)? Haven’t try yet but will do asap as I losing my shape. Brian HELP!! J
Why might someone benefit from working with Brian? A lot people don’t know how important stretching is and how important good posture is (it helps to avoid a lot of injuries) and which ones makes you feel better and helps a lot to achieve your goals and Brian explains and teaches about it. Brian is very qualified and knows his work very well. If you have questions he is always there to help you and always will always advise. I needed a specific program regards my muay thai training and he helped me a lot. I managed to reach my goal in a few months! Brian loves his job and you can see his passion when he talks about it. He always studies about new workouts/nutrition so he is always up to date with information what is so good to know your coach is moving forward and help you to improve.
