I, The City Trainer am here to provide you with the knowledge and tools needed so that anyone with the NEED and WILL to change themselves so that they can become the best version of who they deserve to be.
I will push you and motivate you to try the new things necessary so that the changes you're looking for will happen. You are basically a product of the last 3 months. The exercise you've done, the food you've eaten and what you've drunk. How much sleep you have had and how you have coped with any stress that has come your way.
By changing the negative hibits that are harming you, with new positive ones, it's only a matter of time before you and everyone else sees your improvements.
I have found the best way of achieving this is by only changing 2-3 things at a time. This gives you the chance to get used to them, making it less likely of rebounding back. This can be very effective for improving your Nutritional, Physical and Mental health as well as your sleep patterns.
Whatever your goal is, I have a knowledge and experience to help you get there.
